• Launched The Reset Crew as a trauma-informed, survivor-led harm reduction initiative.

• Registered our ABN and began formalizing our structure.

• Built our first Emergency Support screens, including hotline logic and quick-exit safety features (Reset Crew App).

• Created onboarding flows and milestone celebration templates to affirm and empower users (Reset Crew App).

• Spoke with national counselling bodies and local services to explore referral pathways.

• Launched our social platform presence and began connecting with aligned communities.

• Built our home workspace, powered by purpose and ready for impact.

• A revolutionary way for gambling harm survivors to spend money safely,  without the risk of accessing cash (Reset Crew App).

• A text-based mobile game that simulates the lived experience of gambling harm and recovery, designed to educate, empower, and inspire.

• Local support directories and partner onboarding flows to expand our reach (Reset Crew App).

• Personalized navigation guides to help users feel seen, supported, and in control (Reset Crew App).

• Strategic outreach to national and global partners to scale our impact.
